The first three trims come with a 2.5-liter, four-cylinder engine as a standard. The engine delivers 197 horsepower and 192 pound-feet of torque. It is paired with a six-speed transmission. The Premium models has a 2.0-liter turbo-charged, four-cylinder engine. It provides 252 horsepower and 295 pound-feet of torque. A nine-speed transmission is matched with the engine.
This Buick gets 22 miles per gallon (mpg) city and 29 mpg highway for the front-wheel drive option. The all-wheel drive option gives 21 mpg in the city and 27 mpg on the highway. The 2.0-liter engine came in at 20 mpg city and 25 mpg highway. The Envision lives up to the Buick standard of a smooth ride.
