2020 GMC Canyon
The all new 2020 GMC Canyon comes to the industry as GMC's latest vehicle and the newest to be introduced into the Canyon model lineup. This new mid-sized truck, available at any GMC dealership throughout Baton Rouge, LA, comes with a few new features such as a remote-locking tailgate and a new tire-fill alert system.

This new model vehicle has its own unique exterior with some special changes to it. Being a new truck, the GMC Canyon comes in many different colors, including red, metallic gray, quartz, black and white. although more advanced trims add in marine blue and green colors. There are some optional features available as well, such as wheel locks, an underbody shield, black bed rails and chrome recovery hooks.
Advanced Technology
Coming with the new vehicle is some new technology that makes for a more stylistic ride to take around the state of Louisiana. The new tech, starting with the entertainment system, comes with standard radio access, three months of satellite radio, speed sensitive volume control and seven audio speakers. For some of the advanced trim models, there is now an infotainment system complete with navigation added to it.

Stylish Interior
The interior of the GMC has also seen a few changes since the last model was released. As far as the inside goes, the truck has several available options such as all-weather floor mats, protective seat covers and a techno steel interior trim kit. Cruise control is included with this model, along with climate control, a heated steering wheel, a sun sensor and electric power steering.
High Performance
Like any new vehicle, the 2020 Canyon is made to perform not just as good as the previous year's model but better. When it comes to performance, the truck comes on an 8-speed shiftable automatic transmission, four wheel drive and automatic locking hubs. It has a very sturdy 308 horsepower rating and can generate up to 275 pounds per feet of engine torque, which is perfect for navigating and pushing through any of the roads in the Baton Rouge area.
Advanced Safety
As with all new cars, safety is no small concern and new features have been included. One of the many safety features available for this truck is an OnStar System, which simply provides notifications if the car is involved in a crash, locked from either side or stolen in the worst cases. A lane departure and warning system is now added to give drivers more awareness for when the truck drifts out of its designated lane. Truck stability and traction control have all seen improvements, as evidenced by a new 4-wheel ABS system. There is also a remote anti-theft alarm system to keep the truck safe from any vandals or potential thieves when the driver is not currently nearby.
